The structure was an old structure which was on hold for a few years . When we took over we have done reverse engineering with the help of drawings and we have found that the columns are not adequate enough to carry the intended load. Then we have done the retrofitting for the exiting columns by doing column jacketing with rebar cage and carried upwards.
