Mentoring

We have a mentoring program for fresh engineering graduates who join us. There are experienced hands in the firm who are trained in mentoring. They will guide you so that you absorb our culture without getting overwhelmed by the new environment. They will help you integrate into it and get a grip on the technical learning curve. You will also be guided to develop long-term fulfillment parameters. This is one of the reasons we keep people.

Technical Training

You already have great engineering skills, that’s how you are with us. And beyond that we have our technical training program that helps you develop your technical skills further. The program refurbishes your knowledge, strengthens your proficiency and helps you in developing quality and consistency in your performance. This involves acquainting you you with our many resources and tools, and encouraging you to pursue more innovation.

Leadership Development

We strongly believe in the ethos of every person being a leader in his/her own right. We are leaders in our business and when you become part of us, you become a part of team known for top engineers and top clients. Our Leadership & Professional Development Program is aimed at honing leadership in individuals through mentoring.

Professional Development

Your technical abilities are an essential pre-requisite for your profession. But we also look at developing your other capabilities like your understanding of engineering as a business. Beyond the basic technical skills, we invest in helping you hone your organizational skills, marketing and business development and human resource development. As we work together we identify your potential towards these fields and then together, we work on strengthening your abilities with training and development.
