This project is developed by M/s Zanskar Properties Pvt. Ltd. And it is has been founded and promoted by the aegis of VJTF Group of companies. The existing site size of 5.137 Acres / 20788.70 sq.mt. The site consists of Four Blocks named A, B, C & D comes under Phase-I, and another Phase-II & Phase-III Proposed block for the future expansion.

I. Block-A consist of Basement + Ground floor,
II. Block-B consist of Basement + Ground Floor + 4 Upper Floors + Terrace,
III. Block-C consist of Basement + Ground Floor + 4 Upper Floors + Terrace,
IV. Block-D consist of Basement + Ground Floor + 4 Upper Floors + Terrace.
